Bentonite Vertical Grinding Process
- The raw ore is sent to the storage hopper by a forklift, and a manual rod valve and a quantitative feeder are set under the hopper. After the material is measured, it is fed into the vertical mill by a large inclination belt conveyor (or hoist) and then a rotary lock air feeder mill.
- Under the centrifugal force of the rotating grinding disc, the material fed into the mill moves to the edge of the grinding disc and enters the grinding roller table.
- The qualified fine powder is discharged out of the mill along with the air flow, and is collected as a finished product by an air box pulse bag filter.
